We have an Excelsior Prexion 3D – Cone Beam Scanner 3D Imaging machine. That machine replaces traditional film X-rays. Instead, we use 3D imaging to provide detailed images of your mouth, teeth, and gums. The process is faster and less invasive than traditional X-rays. It also reduces radiation than X-rays. So, we get better results, and you get lower risk.

CBCT Scanner
CBCT scanners (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) are specialized imaging devices used in dentistry to capture detailed 3D images of the oral and maxillofacial structures. It provides a more comprehensive view compared to traditional dental X-rays. CBCT scans are valuable for diagnosing and treatment planning in various dental disciplines, including implantology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, endodontics, and orthodontics. The scanner rotates around the patient’s head, capturing multiple X-ray images that are reconstructed into a single 3D image. The CS 1500 Digital Intraoral Camera is one such tool, allowing you to see real-time images of your teeth, gums, tongue, and palate. Plus, we have a digital cavity detector, which uses ultraviolet light to let us see cavities before they are visible to the naked eye. The earlier we see a problem, the earlier we can fix a problem.
One of our patient favorites is the prophy-jet polisher. Traditionally, tooth polishers consisted of a rubber cup that used abrasive paste to polish your teeth. We use an air-polishing system that combines pressurized water and baking soda. It relieves a high shine!
